Enquiries and technical documentation

We use the information submitted through the form and its attachments to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate about the project. The contact person, email address and job description are required. All other information and attachments are optional. We cannot process your enquiry without the required information. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; for business contact persons, it is our legitimate interest in business communication.

Storage and protection

We store enquiries and files in private Google Drive storage. We send email notifications through Websupport; attachments are provided as links that require authorised access. The website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies visitors to protect against automated spam and may process technical information about the browser and network connection. We do not make files publicly available.

We retain the data while handling the enquiry and for the necessary follow-up business communication. If a contract is concluded, the relevant documents are subject to statutory retention requirements. Do not send technical documentation unless you are authorised to disclose it. For providers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the applicable safeguards for international data transfers apply.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; depending on the legal basis, you may also request data portability or object to processing. Send your request to the contact provided above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. We do not use the data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
